Seattle Glassblowing Studio is an interactive art gallery and creative studio offering high-quality, custom-made glass art products made in the pacific northwest and nationally. SGS provides an opportunity for all ages to experience, learn and enjoy glassmaking techniques.

Seattle Glassblowing Studio was founded in 1991 by Cliff Goodman in the tradition of the studio glass movement. After beginning his career in glass in 1976, Cliff attended the famous Pilchuck School and studied alongside glass master Fritz Driesbach. Cliff’s artwork is featured in collections around the world.

The Seattle Glassblowing Studio mission is to provide an unforgettable glassblowing experience to all our visitors and deliver world-class training to the next generation of glass artists.

  • “I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed our teambuilding session at your location this morning! Kyle and John were so welcoming and they calmly answered all of our many, many questions. Their knowledge of the history of glassblowing and making is extensive, and they happily shared that knowledge. It was truly a pleasure to see these professionals ply their craft. I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again soon.”
  • “I just wanted to take the time to thank you for a great class on Sunday! Our teacher was so patient and we really had a great time! We would love to reschedule with so that we can pick up where we left off. Again, thank you to you and all of your fellow members for a great day!”
  • “Thank you for installing the beautiful artwork. Please convey my thanks to those artists who’ve worked on this project.”
  • “Thank you so much for having our middle school to visit your amazing studio! We were so impressed with the art and had a fantastic time visiting!”
